Information we receive
When you use our forms, we receive the information you provide: name, country, email, phone number, area of interest, subject and message. Career applications also include professional background, availability, languages and the attached CV. Technical security logs may include an IP address, requested route and date. These forms do not request identity documents, banking details or sensitive information.
Purposes and use
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess project needs and commercial relationships, review applications and protect the site against abuse. A contact request does not constitute consent to advertising campaigns. Information is shared internally only with those who need to handle the enquiry or application.
Legal framework in Paraguay
We handle information within the framework of the privacy, communications and habeas data protections in Articles 33, 36 and 135 of the National Constitution and applicable legislation. We also consider Personal Data Protection Law No. 7593/2025, whose full entry into force is deferred under Article 57. This policy describes our current commitments without treating obligations subject to that deferred commencement as already in force.
Providers and international network
Hosting, security and email delivery require technical providers. The website is hosted through Sites and email is managed through Hostinger Mail. An international enquiry may require the involvement of the appropriate group company; we share only information relevant to that purpose. Linked third-party services are governed by their own policies.
Retention and security
We retain information for the time needed to handle the enquiry or application and manage related obligations or claims. Any additional retention depends on the nature of the record and applicable statutory periods. You may ask us to stop considering an application. We apply access controls and technical safeguards; unnecessary sensitive documents should not be sent through the form.
Requests concerning your data
You may write to info@acon.com.py to ask about the information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw authorisation or object to the use of your information. We will verify identity proportionately and explain any retention required by law. This channel does not restrict available administrative or judicial remedies.
