Purpose and operator
These terms govern the informational use of acon.com.py, operated by Acon EAS in Paraguay. Identification and address details appear in the Legal Notice. Access to the site allows visitors to explore our activities and contact the company; it does not itself constitute a construction, service, distribution or sale contract.
Proposals and agreements
Scope, fees, timeframes, responsibilities, specifications, taxes and the conditions of each transaction are agreed separately in writing. Forms are channels for enquiries and applications. Submission does not constitute commercial acceptance, a reservation, an award or employment. This version of the site does not offer a shopping cart, payment processing or automatic contracting.
Information and portfolio
Descriptions present our business areas. Availability and scope depend on the engagement, market and technical and regulatory requirements. Project images may be architectural visualisations from the group's portfolio. Project pages open on acon.tr, and the responsible team confirms each project's participation, status and terms.
Permitted use
You must use the site in good faith and provide relevant, accurate information. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with services or submit unlawful content. We may restrict abusive requests to protect the site's operation.
Intellectual property
Brands, photographs, designs and content belong to their respective owners or are used with appropriate authorisation. Viewing the site does not grant a commercial licence or permit claims of ownership of projects or brands. For reproduction or use of material, contact info@acon.com.py.
External services
Links to projects, companies, social networks and messaging services open in a new tab and allow visitors to continue on independent platforms. Their availability, terms and policies depend on their operators. Each associated company is responsible for agreements it enters into in its own name.
Liability and consumer rights
We aim to maintain useful, up-to-date information. Investment, construction and supply decisions require documentation specific to the engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Where a consumer relationship exists, Law No. 1334/1998 and its amendments apply; Electronic Commerce Law No. 4868/2013 also applies where relevant.
Applicable law and enquiries
Use of the site is interpreted under Paraguayan law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules and jurisdiction or the jurisdiction agreed in specific contracts. Enquiries and complaints may be sent to info@acon.com.py. For consumer rights, you may contact SEDECO; for electronic commerce matters, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
